The villa was originally constructed in 1931 and re-designed by William Tutt - the famous architect of the former Versace mansion (Casa Casuarina). Tutt has taken care to preserve the historical grandeur of the house whilst including modern design and comforts that exceed the best hotels.

• Style: Italian-inspired splendour, luxury and state-of-the-art-style. Whitewashed stone and Mahogany trim dominates the architecture of this ultimate designer getaway created from three main buildings that are brought together in a rhythm of interior and exterior spaces.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Five double bedrooms, one single bedroom and five bathrooms.
• For relaxation: Sink into the 10-person Jacuzzi, sizzle in the steam room or kickback in the theatre and media room (equipped with a 96" screen). For the ultimate in relaxation, spa treatments can be arranged in in-house.
• For recreation: Workout in your indoor pool or challenge your friends to a game of billiards in the billiards room.
• Practicalities: Maid service. If you need stay in touch with work there is a private office for guests' use.

Lap up the glamorous lifestyle in lush landscaped gardens with a large Mediterranean-designed courtyard. Enter the estate along a stone walkway lined with tropical shrubs, which meets the 2,500 square-foot courtyard and two outdoor living areas with a bar, loungers and surround-sound music system. The covered, heated swimming pool is within the courtyard area. There is also secure, private parking for hour cars.
